Google calendar integration

We have a behind the scenes integration with a google calendar that you have setup.

This is directly linked to our internal calendar, and our calendar is considered the master calendar, so only updates from our system to the calendar are handled.

Depending upon your installation, you may prefer a server side solution, wherby we just set up the authorisation and permissions on the one server, and not on each users machine.

The local solution changes calander entries immediately, as in creation or editing or deleting of calendar data causes the integration to run scripts which immediately affect the online calendar, this solution works well when there are only a few operators of the software in your company.

The server solution runs on a timer, and for example could update every 5 minutes, this is a better solution for larger companies, as the permissions don’t need to be created on each individual machine to make the scripts works correctly.
