Profiles

The Profile tab, is where you setup your security profiles for your system.

The screen presents you with a list of all possible actions that you can control whether someone with this profile can access an item or not.

The padlock icon, is telling you that your licence won’t allow you to enable this section, more than likely this is a new option that we have not released yet and is not ready for user use.

A red dot, is signifying that you have disabled access to this item. a normal icon indicates access to do that thing.

If there is no access, to say Funeral, then the items below that are irrelevant, as they cannot be reached by the user.
