Here you are able to create or edit an existing supplier. Most of the fields to enter are straight forward however a quick explanation of some.

 The standard charge is used by the contact type supplier and only shows a default. All other charges for the contact will be shown on the contacts window.

The Funeral charges applied checkbox, if ticked, allows charges to be applied to a funeral when inputting an invoice. Whether the invoice actually updates the funeral is dependent on the overall flag in Configuration/Company called Send Charges to Funeral from Purchase invoicing.
