Hire

Car or Staff Hire to other companies.

This is where you can organise your bookings for car hire or for staff hire, bearers or drivers for example.

You can either fill in Car details from your registered cars, or staff members, also from your registered staff members that work elsewhere, or both, if for example the cars come with drivers.

To register Cars or Staff memebers for Hire, there is a configuration screen to set them up.

From a booking a confirmation report can be printed, or emailed, to the client as well as a driver worksheet, advising them of there intended tasks and locations.
