The Contacts page is where you store information regarding any contacts that you use on a regular basis, and can include charges for their services.

Different category of contact offers you a variation on the charges that should be available for that type of contact. entering these rates will make them available to be automatically used within the system to generate charges for a funeral.

There is also the ability to hold a scanned image of their insurance document, so you can be assured that they are insured to work for you.


Category view gives a list of entries for a specified category.

Double clicking on an entry returns you to the main record entry to see the details for this contact.

This screen shows the default cost, which can enable a quick way to edit the default cost of a set of similar contacts.
