Charges

The Charges tab, is where all the charges are automatically built up as you select different options throughout the system, it is also where you can add or subtract additional charges to modify the figures for this funeral .

The lists shown are a standard set of entries, but by no means is this a limitation, some of the automatic fees have been grouped into a single charge line, you could revise it to split the details even further, or indeed merge more together to produce more of a summary invoice.

Quotation figures are visible, so that a comparison can be made if you so wish.

When the funeral came from a prepay plan, then there are additional fields to indicate what is covered by the prepay plan, and what is additional, and will need to be paid by the client.

The checkbox indicates it is covered by the plan, and there can be a note after this on each line which comes from the prepay screen.
