Data Consolidation

The Data Consolidation, A screen to assist in cleaning up of manually entered entries.

There are a number of fields that offer a lookup, based upon previous entries, but these fields are free type fields and may have mis spelling within them.

This screen provides a way to clean up that data, and reset previous data to an acceptable version of the text.

This will then clean up the lookup option provided on the screen.

Lock Clearing

The system utilises a locking system wherby if a user edits a record, it will set a flag saying it is being edited, so others cannot then edit it themselves.

If their computer crashes, or some other situation, whereby the flag is not cleared down, it will leave a record in a locked state, the button on this screen will allow the unlocking of those records.

Permissions to this screen are advised to be only for administrators, and that button should only be pressed when no other records are being edited.

Editable PDFs

There has been a number of editable PDFs that have become available to send to Next of Kin, for them to fill in.

In this section you can drag in any such PDFs so that they are then available to send directly to the Next of Kin from the funeral screen, where it knows details of the next of kin.

The processing of the returned PDFs is currently a manual one. But at least it should be typed correctly by the Next of Kin.
